GRILLED AVRAMAR SEA BREAM FILLETS WITH PEPPERS AND CAPERS

Ingredients

  • 2 Sea Bream fillets of 120 g each
  • Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
  • Capers
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • Salt & pepper

Method

(2 servings)
Cooking time: 15 min

  1. Season the fillets and reserve in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan then add the pepper, parsley and capers. Sauté for 3 minutes over a low heat and add salt to taste.
  3. On a hot griddle with a little oil, cook the Sea Bream fillets for three minutes on the skin side, add the sautéed mixture and cook the fillets on the skin side for two minutes.
  4. Serve the fillets with the sautéed peppers and capers and garnish with a few small lemon wedges.
