Cooking time: 15 min
- Season the fillets and reserve in the refrigerator.
- Heat the oil in a pan then add the pepper, parsley and capers. Sauté for 3 minutes over a low heat and add salt to taste.
- On a hot griddle with a little oil, cook the Sea Bream fillets for three minutes on the skin side, add the sautéed mixture and cook the fillets on the skin side for two minutes.
- Serve the fillets with the sautéed peppers and capers and garnish with a few small lemon wedges.
