Cooking time: 15 min
- Preheat oven to 200ºC.
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper and spread the pesto over the fish.
- Mix the bread crumbs with cheese, parsley, oil and a pinch of salt.
- Press this mixture over each fillet, so that it sticks to the pesto.
- Cook the fillets on the stove top, in an oven-proof casserole dish (preferably non-stick) for one and a half minutes on high heat.
- Place in the oven for 5 min approx. (until golden) and serve immediately.
